What if we don’t use all of our keg?
You have paid for the keg so any liquids that aren’t dispensed will be decanted into suitable containers and left with you.
Do we need a license?
All our staff have their own ALPH licenses which are required by law to sell alcohol. If your venue doesn’t have a license to sell alcohol we can arrange for a TEN (Temporary Event Notice) from the local council on your behalf.
Do you offer a dry bar service?
Yes. Our van can be hired on its own and has the facility to dispense any cold drinks you require if you wanted to supply them yourself. This can be a good way to avoid paying corkage costs at venue that would typically charge you to provide your own alcohol. Please contact us to discuss your exact requirements.
Can we choose what drinks you serve?
Yes. It’s your event so you should be able to drink what you want. The drinks dispenser fitted to our van will connect to any type of keg or cask so if you want a specific drink that’s not listed please get in touch and we can provide a bespoke quote.
What area do you cover?
We are based in the small town of Emsworth in Hampshire and are happy to travel approx. 50 miles but this is not definite. If you are further out into the surrounding counties then please contact us with your location and we can provide a bespoke quote (typically a minimal fee to cover fuel costs would be added)
What if the weather is poor?
We have a 3m x 3m gazebo that we take to every event just in case the weather turns against us. This is big enough to accommodate our van and the serving area so we can still be outside pouring drinks while your guests are in the warm and dry.
Do you require electricity?
Yes. A single 13amp plug is required to provide power to the van. If the venue can’t provide power then we have a generator than can be used for a small charge.
Do you dispose of all rubbish?
Yes. All rubbish will be disposed of and recycled where applicable.
